New 370-apartment home luxury community brings elevated amenities and golf-course views to Las Colinas

IRVING, Texas– (Sept. 2, 2026) – Rosewood Property Company and Barings recently announced that The Gilman, a Class A multifamily community in the heart of Las Colinas in Irving, Texas, is now leasing. Kairoi Residential is managing and leasing the property.
Located at 4955 Fuller Court, set on 6.86 acres, The Gilman features 370 apartment homes with a modern, transitional architectural design and sweeping views of The Nelson Golf & Sports Club. The community offers a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, ranging from 615-square-foot studios to 1,460-square-foot three-bedroom homes.
Developed and owned by Rosewood and Barings, The Gilman was envisioned as the cornerstone of an 18-acre mixed-use master plan created in 2022. The broader vision for the site includes The Gilman luxury apartment homes, townhomes by David Weekley Homes and boutique office condominiums by Savannah Developers. Following the successful rezoning of the property and completion of the supporting infrastructure, construction on The Gilman began in late 2024.
