The modern community features high-end elements that help establish a new standard for the neighborhood. The highly amenitized property offers multiple lounge areas, a club lounge and card room, an expansive fitness center with individual workout pods, co-working areas within a library setting, a dog park along the greenbelt and activated courtyards. The expansive resort pool blends seamlessly into indoor lounge spaces, generating a refined environment for residents.
“With high-end finishes and top appliances in each apartment home, we intentionally created The Buckley to truly feel like home, while top amenities help foster connection and community among residents,” said Kay Adkins, Development Manager at Rosewood Property Company. “Heritage Creekside’s leading multifamily options of The Buckley and The Ludlow make it one of the most vibrant mixed-use developments in the area.”
The community features studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences for lease. Studios will start leasing at approximately $1,700 a month, with the three-bedroom apartment homes renting for around $3,575 a month. Due to the overwhelmingly positive response to The Ludlow, Rosewood’s first multifamily community in Heritage Creekside, the company used the same development team for The Buckley. Hensley, Lamkin, Rachel Inc. serves as the architect, while LandDesign (landscape design), B2 Design Co (interior design), KFM (civil engineering), and Blackland Partners (general contractor) are also involved once again. Broadway Bank is financing the property alongside Southside Bank as a participant.
“Our design and construction partners have been instrumental in helping us develop a luxury community that will make our investors, the City of Plano and the neighborhood proud,” Harris explained.
Developed and owned by Rosewood, Heritage Creekside is a 156-acre mixed-use development that includes several restaurants such as Crossroads Diner, Taco Joint, Pax & Beneficia, Flying Fish and Rodeo Goat. OrangeTheory Fitness also has a location at Heritage Creekside. To complete the vibrant neighborhood, this multifamily community joins single-family homes, townhomes and additional apartment communities. Rosewood recently received approval from the Plano City Council to rezone and reimagine an undeveloped portion of the site to develop a vibrant destination with entertainment, retail, restaurant and mixed-use spaces. The Buckley was named as a finalist in the 2026 Dallas Business Journal Best Real Estate Deals.
Rosewood Property Company has a long history of multifamily ownership and development in the DFW area. With a robust development team based in Dallas, Rosewood has been active throughout Texas with mixed-use developments such as The Gilman in Las Colinas and Penrose at Frisco’s Southstone Yards, as well as the multiphase Tobin Estates in San Antonio.
