DALLAS (Sept. 18, 2026) – Rosewood Property Company placed 24th on Inside Self-Storage Magazine’s Top-Operators list, which names the 100 largest facility owners by net rentable square feet. Rosewood moved up two spaces from 2024’s placement.
“It’s been an exciting year for Rosewood’s self-storage portfolio, and moving up on Inside Self-Storage’s Top-Operators list reflects the continued growth and strength of our platform,”said Brandon Cooke, senior vice president, investments at Rosewood Property Company. “We remain focused on identifying strategic opportunities to expand our presence in the sector, and we’re optimistic about the long-term outlook for self-storage.”
Rosewood Property Company launched its self-storage program in 2012 with a long-term hold strategy, supported by the firm’s access to direct internal capital, enabling it to move quickly on acquisitions. In 2025, Rosewood expanded its self-storage portfolio with acquisitions in Dallas-Fort Worth, Long Island and the Atlanta area, as well as the opening of a new development in Mahopac, New York. Today, Rosewood’s self-storage portfolio spans 25 states, with its largest presence in Texas, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Oklahoma and Indiana.
