AUSTIN, Texas – (Nov. 16, 2021) – Rosewood Property Company and Trinsic Residential Group have completed the initial phase of construction of Aura Avery Ranch, a 339-unit multifamily community located in north Austin. The new community, located at the intersection of 183A and Avery Ranch Boulevard at 13100 Avery Ranch Blvd., is now leasing.
Aura Avery Ranch is comprised of 339 one-, two- and three-bedroom contemporary apartment homes, ranging from 576 to 1,422 square feet.
