Rosewood secures 77th self-storage facility
Chapel Hill, North Carolina (April 20, 2023) – Rosewood Property Company recently acquired a new self-storage facility in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Located at 12330 US 15 501 N, the multi-story development includes 76,051 square feet of rentable space, offering 751 climate-controlled units with 67 wine storage units. Units range from 20 to 300 square feet.
“This North Carolina facility fits great into our strategic portfolio,” said Brandon Cooke, Vice President of Acquisitions, Rosewood Property Company. “This facility is in a great location, offering easy highway access. We believe this will be a great complement to our existing portfolio as we continue to expand our footprint in the southeast region and beyond.”
Extra Space Storage will continue to serve as the property management company.
