ATLANTA – (Dec. 9, 2025) – Rosewood Property Company has expanded its national self-storage footprint with the acquisition of a new Atlanta facility, marking the company’s 85th facility nationwide, its second in Georgia and first in the Atlanta area.

The split-level design provides convenient ground-floor access to all units, ensuring smooth loading and unloading. Extra Space Storage will serve as the property management company.
