Current occupiers Lurin Advisors and Lyons & Simmons sign expansions and extensions
Dallas, Texas – (October 2, 2024) – Rosewood Property Company recently signed two lease expansions in its Rosewood Court office high-rise in the Dallas Uptown submarket. The combined deals inked by Lurin Advisors LLC and Lyons & Simmons LLP bring the 417,650-square-foot building at 2101 Cedar Springs Rd. to 97% occupancy. Two vacancies totaling 12,369 square feet remain.

The specifics for each deal are as follows:
TRANSWESTERN’s Scott Walker, Kim Brooks and Laney Delin handle leasing for Rosewood Court. Lurin Advisors was represented by Robbie Baty and Travis Boothe with Cushman & Wakefield and Lyon & Simmons was represented by Sanders Thompson with TRANSWESTERN.
Rosewood Court is in the heart of Dallas’ Uptown District. The 19-story, Class AA property recently opened a new fitness center and a new tenant lounge – the Oak Room.
