Trammell Crow Co., Clarion Partners and Rosewood Property Co. recently broke ground on DFW Trade Center Buildings 6, 7 and 9 — three Class A industrial buildings totaling 1 million square feet within Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
The three buildings are scheduled for completion in June.
The properties will be marketed to new businesses to the area, or existing companies looking for expansion options in North Texas, said Scott Krikorian, managing director with Trammell Crow Co.'s Dallas office.
Trade Center 6, a 500,000-square-foot building, will sit on 27 acres at the corner of Corporate Drive and Esters Boulevard.
Trade Center 7, a 297,500-square-foot building, will sit on 18 acres at Esters Boulevard and Regent Boulevard.
Trade Center 9, a 202,500-square-foot building, will sit on 17 acres adjacent to Trade Center 7.
Steve Trese of CBRE was awarded the leasing assignment to the properties.
