Rick Perdue serves as President of Rosewood Property Company. Mr. Perdue has held several senior real estate positions since receiving his MBA from Tulane University in 1997. He spent 17 years with Dallas-based Tonti Properties, more than half of which as head of Development and Acquisitions. In 2014, he moved to Mill Creek Residential LLC, a leading national multifamily investor, builder and operator. Prior to joining RPC, he was Senior Managing Director at Mill Creek.Mr. Perdue has overseen the development, acquisition, disposition and conversion of several thousand apartment homes representing a notional value of over one billion dollars.
Mr. Perdue currently serves as a board member of The Real Estate Council where he chaired the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) and is a founding board member of the Circuit Trail Conservancy, an organization tasked with connecting the Dallas trail system. He has been a CFA charterholder since 2011, is LEED Accredited and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas. In addition to his MBA from Tulane, Mr. Perdue received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University.
Chief Financial Officer
Greg Bates is Chief Financial Officer for Rosewood Property Company and a member of The Rosewood Corporation's Investment Committee. Mr. Bates joined Rosewood in 2003. Prior to Rosewood, he worked for American Airlines, where he held numerous, increasingly responsible financial positions. Mr. Bates earned an MBA and BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
Kay Adkins is a Development Manager with responsibility for coordination and management of critical functions on assigned mixed-use projects. Previously, Kay was Director of Development with The LaSalle Group, a Las Colinas-based developer of senior housing where she helped grow their portfolio of communities into five new states. Ms. Adkins received a BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
Director of Leasing & Marketing
Haley Collard is currently responsible for the leasing operations and customer relations at Rosewood Court in Dallas. Additional tasks include the leasing and marketing for other Rosewood entities. Prior to joining Rosewood, Ms. Collard was responsible for leasing efforts for RM Crowe's Dallas/Fort Worth portfolio consisting of approximately 1,000,000 square feet of office assets. Ms. Collard graduated with a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University. She is a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC), Associate Leadershp Council Class of 2014/2015, and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals (NTCAR).
Travis Cook is a Project Manager with Rosewood Property Company and is responsible for design and construction management within the self-storage portfolio. Mr. Cook brings with him 15+ years of industry experience working with notable firms such as Cinemark, LA Fitness, Regal Entertainment Group, Alamo Drafthouse & Simon Property Group. Prior to joining Rosewood, Mr. Cook held construction management positions at Moss & Associates and Hodges Architecture. Mr. Cook received a BS in Construction from Texas A&M University.
Brandon Cooke is Acquisitions Manager with Rosewood Property Company and is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining Rosewood, Mr. Cooke worked for C-III Capital Partners, where he was involved in the underwriting and disposition of distressed real estate and non-performing loans throughout North America, and successfully executed sales of more than $1.1 billion. Mr. Cooke received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Methodist University's Lyle School of Engineering.
Rocio Cristina García Espinoza
Rocio is Senior Counsel Real Estate for the Rosewood Property Company where she provides primary transactional legal support in the areas of commercial real estate, property management, corporate facilities, ranches, and family office real estate. She also handles family office and ranch related real estate matters, and she assists the General Counsel on a wide range of matters, including real estate-related agreements, transactions, and governance issues.
Mrs. García received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Mount Holyoke College. She was named a Fulbright scholar and received her Masters from Universidad de las Américas Puebla in International Relations with a focus on US-Mexico relations. She received her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law. Prior to joining Rosewood, she worked as an Associate at Perkins Coie LLP and Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP in their respective real estate groups. Mrs. García is a Past President of the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association, is a Director of the Dallas Bar Association, and is the current Vice Chair of the Dallas Bar Foundation. She also serves on the Boards of Human Rights Initiative of North Texas, Habitat for Humanity Dallas Chapter, Dallas Women Lawyers Association, and the Dallas Hispanic Law Foundation.
Matt Janes is a Director, Self-Storage with responsibility for Rosewood Property Company’s important self-storage portfolio. Previously, Mr. Janes was the asset manager for Rosewood Crescent Hotel and was involved in executing its successful sale in 2011. Prior to joining Rosewood in 2005, Mr. Janes was a manager in the corporate finance department at Neiman Marcus and gained experience as an analyst at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Mr. Janes received his BBA in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University. Currently, Mr. Janes serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Texas Self Storage Association.

Amanda Moriarty is an Investment Manager with Rosewood Property Company. Ms. Moriarty joined Rosewood in 2004 after positions with Quellos Capital Management and Arthur Andersen Business Valuation practice in Seattle, Washington. Ms. Moriarty received a BS in Finance from University of Colorado at Boulder and is a CFA Charterholder.
